Join our founding pilot and help shape a tool that grows with your organisation, so your people keep growing together for years to come.
Most organisations throw away what they learn. Projects end, people move on, and the lessons go with them. In a garden, that’s compost, and it’s what feeds your next year’s growth. Bridgit, our AI growing guide, has conversations with your people about what they want to grow, and helps them get there.
In 12 weeks, you’ll know
- what your people are planning to grow, in their own words;
- how well that lines up with where your organisation is heading;
- the patterns across your people: what helps them, what gets in their way, and where their ideas cluster;
- where people are growing similar things, ready for some cross-pollination.
And your people will each have a plan they own, and a good first experience of working with AI.
Founding pilot price
- 12 to 18 people£4,500 for the 12 week pilot
- 19 to 25 people£6,000 for the 12 week pilot
That’s £240 to £375 per person for 12 weeks. Prices exclude VAT.

Nothing to lose. Pay half when we start and half after the halfway check in. If it isn’t working for you by then, stop, and you won’t pay the second half.

What you get
- A Garden Walk for everyone taking part. Choose 12 to 25 of your people. Each has a proper conversation with Bridgit about what they want to grow, and leaves with their own Growing Bed: a clear plan they own.
- 12 weeks of support from Bridgit, so plans turn into progress rather than a one off session that’s forgotten by Friday.
- A patterns report for your leadership team. What your people are planning to grow, set against where you’re heading, where their ideas cluster and what’s getting in the way, ready for you to decide what to back.
- Your people getting comfortable with AI. For many, Bridgit is a first good experience of AI helping them think, in a safe space where their words stay theirs.
- Our team alongside you. A kickoff to agree what you want to see by the end, a check in halfway, and a final session where we turn the patterns into your next steps.
- Your founding price, locked in when you carry on after the pilot.
Easy to start
- Around 3 hours of your time across the 12 weeks: a 1 hour kickoff, a 30 minute check in halfway and a 1 hour final session.
- Nothing to install. Your people sign in with their work Microsoft account.
Why a founding pilot?
Founding organisations keep their founding price as Culturevating grows with them. We’re still developing how Bridgit thinks and makes sense of what people tell her, so we’re building the rest around what organisations actually need. What we build next will come from what our founding organisations need, so you’ll help decide what Culturevating becomes.

- Agreement to share feedback on how the Garden Walks felt, so we can make Bridgit better.
Your people’s conversations stay theirs
Your organisation sees themes, never anyone’s personal conversations. If we share themes by team, we keep groups to at least 5 people so nobody can be identified.

Bridgit does the conversations, but there’s always a human you can ask. That’s our team, and during the founding pilot, our founder Ali too.
